Yes, it's true and we can't do anything about it. There is no way use any knowledge that we can get from that, but let me say about his visions of his dead wife are absolutely true. I've had altered state visions of my deceased brother, my deceased mother was able to inhabit a lady in an altered state at a Wal-Mart in a crowd of people and I didn't even know the lady. This was out of the blue. Sitting at my computer, I had visions of my brother walking into my room and sitting on my bed and I could hear him talking to me and he would get up and point at things on the computer and say, 'Read this again.'
Yes, you do also feel much more calm with them than with the living and your brain power is much elevated.
This is very much true.
It takes a lot of involvement in near-death states, which I have had more than a few. Once you experience a near-death state then all fear of death is gone.

I've been experimenting with astral projection and out of body experiences, meditation and energy work and related for more than a decade. I can say with 100% assurance that its real.
