I've heard these came out in the beginning of three different decades, the 60s, 70s, and 80s, so if they are real, who knows when they really came out. Anyway, this company made these dolls called Angel Babies, and they were just baby dolls that were angels. They had wings, a halo, and wore a robe. They were hoping they would be big over Christmas, but after the holidays, they quit making them. Why? Because parents wouldn't buy them, and also, kids didn't want them, because in order for these babies to be angels, they had to be dead. I guess they were too creepy. I've searched the internet for these, even ebay, and have found nothing. Did they even exist?

To tell you the truth, I doubt it, that looks like a collector *knows so much about dolls it's pathetic* I don't even think that the legend is possible, it seems too farfetched, that really doesn;t come to mind in people unless they think too literally.

They mentioned these in one of my Bathroom Readers, so they're real.

Not necessarily, Many false legends have been put in publications...

But the main idea sounds believable though...

Why not? People put angels all over their houses, there are paintings of baby angels, cherubs are pretty close, they have angel costumes for children, even babys. A LOT of dolls have angel wings. Precious Moments have baby angels! People even take photographs of real babys with angel wings and halos on. I got a couple of stuffed baby angel dolls for my kid a few years back for christmas, you squeeze the right hand to record something and the left hand to play it back, halo, wings and robe, even rosy cheeks. If someone where to decide not to buy something like the one your talking about, I doubt its because its an angel, it was prolly a crappy product.
