Explanation of the Recent "Strange Craft" Sightings

I have advice for them that may be somewhat helpful in dealing with what they've seen and what I would recommend they do with what they know. This letter is part of a package I've assembled for Coast to Coast AM to distribute to its audience. It is a companion to numerous document and photo scans and should not be separated from them.
You can call me Isaac, an alias I've chosen as a simple measure of protection while I release what would be called tremendously sensitive information even by todays standards. “Sensitive” is not necessarily synonymous with “dangerous”, though, which is why my conscience is clear as I offer this material up for the public. My government has its reasons for its continual secrecy, and I sympathize with many of them, but the truth is that I'm getting old and I'm not interested in meeting my maker one day with any more baggage than necessary! Furthermore, I put a little more faith in humanity than my former bosses do, and I think that a release of at least some of this info could help a lot more than it could hurt, especially in today's world.

but what really makes this intiuging is other information that seems to be emerging at the same time and it is much more interesting-- is there any info out there that perhaps someone can link to in this thread that might support the hoax theory or the suppressed gyroscopic EM technology?

Otis T. Carr (1904-1980?) was a protégé of the great inventor Nikola Tesla. Carr and his team constructed a number of fully functional, flying saucers in the late 1950s. The flying disks worked and were demonstrated. Carr was serious about 'taking his craft to the Moon.' However, two weeks after a dramatic test flight, their laboratory was forcibly closed. Federal agents confiscated equipment as well as all documentation. Authorities told them Carr's project would 'destroy the monetary system of the United States.'
Ralph Ring, now aged 72, was aboard that incredible and successful test flight. He and Carr, with their 45-foot saucer, transported themselves 10 miles at the speed of light!

Carr developed his power plant for the saucer at the Osbrink Plant in Apple Valley. The OTC- X1 is described 'as being two tops that spin in opposite directions around a single axis...The entire circular-foil craft that is Mr. Carr's most profound development, is an assembly of only two major moving mechanical parts.'


Examine the photos presented above of electro-magnetic vehicles. Look closely at the OTC ships. Where have you seen these Tesla saucers before? Is there something familiar about the shape of REAL, human-transport disks? The answer, of course, is UFOs. Everyone has seen these shapes before throughout the decades and especially in the 1950s. Form follows function; this is the shape for the most efficient means of physical transportation. How many alien travelers warp by us in similarly designed crafts?
