A tear in his knee
No shoes
No toys

Smile white as pearls

Laughing
Joking
Having fun

No one can tell
He has nothing more
Than the love of his parents
And that's all he needs
the boy in the tree

No videos
No cell phone
No games
And sometimes no food
until daddy gets paid

But how happy the little boy is
Playing so carefree in the tree
