Kind of a "duhh" question I know, but it's a bit more complicated than that.

I've found the main volume control and pushed it to the max...tried Real, VLC, DivX and Windows player and they all play as though the volume is only at half.

Anyone? I wanna watch my movies at full-blast! grin2.gif

PS. nothing wrong with the head-phones or the way it's plugged in.

Ya know, this bugs me too, especially on my laptop. Here is a guide from DivX, and you can convert other movies to DivX if you don't want to bother with anything else - unless of course you have DVDs. I haven't found anything yet free for other movies. VolumeLogic used to be free, now they have a 30 day trial. It looks nice even just for not having to deal with a super quiet MP3 then a blasting loud one. $19.95 USD per plugin, shame they don't just have a basic Windows all in one package. hmm.gif
