hi ,everytime i connect to the internet using my username and password, as soon as i get connected the username and password changes. any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance
Are you talking about logging into UM or the internet in general? One deals with your ISP and the other is software for this particular website.

Watch you don't have a keylogger trojan on your computer, someone could be changing your password remotely.
ok guys thaks for taking the time to repond, my problem is with internet in general not UM.
i think someone is changing my username and password remotely. i will try some anti trojan sotware.
