A few nights ago i was walking home from a freinds house, it was a normal night just like everysingle time i come back from his house. The path i take home is through a small human grown forest that is right behind my public school..

There are about 6 entrances to this forest that you can take to housing courts..
Well for some reason i just had some feeling that i shouldnt take the way home i was... I even started to walk away and take anouther way but i said to myself.. im an idiot what am i doing.

So i got to this cat walk and started to walk into the forest, i was about half way through the walkway when i herd some laughing, i thought nothing of it, sounded to me like some teens fooling around... but then i stepped and cracked a large tree branch... everything went silent and i stopped... i had a feeling that everything that was in the forest stopped and looked at me... i looked around and then i heard this laughing again but it was almsot right beside me, as of now i was getting VERY nervous.. i mean before it sounded like they were on the other side of the forest...

then i heard some rustling in the bushes just about 5-8 feet away from me... i thought maybe a squrill? thats about the largest wild animal ive ever seen in this man made forest..

All of this started to scared me, i mean the feeling that i shouldnt take this way home, and the laughing that within 10 seconds that sounded to be far away was now right beside me, then this rustling... obviously i had the feeling to sprint away but somthing "stopped" me.. not physyicly or anything but like a force in my head.

So i took a closer look into the bushes and i saw something walk out that was no taller then 2-3 feet standing on two feet, it had arms down to the ground, or atleast close... i didnt see to much because i ran.... faster then i have ever before... there was nothing weird about the eyes... it was like talking to someone in the dark.. you can see a small glimmer in the eyes..

i dont know... whatever this was this is the only expeirence that has ever happend to me like this..... i couldnt beleive it.. i mean...... did this actually happen?

I've only read about these types of things happening since ive been on this website...

Anyone think im just crazy? anything like this happen to anyone?

I reckon what you got yourself there is one of them grey aliens. Yep the arms hang very low and they are the same height you describe. This specific breed of aliens are more or less biological robots and are about as innocuous as an armadillo or opossum, no need to fright but I would try to remember if you had any missing time because if you saw it there is a possibility you may have been abducted, I would definately check for any new and unexplained scars or small lumps under the skin because they have a tendency to put implants in humans and they usually don't remember.

Its funny you say that.... Honestly the whole thing seemed like it was about 10 mins, But the whole forest only takes 3-5 to walk through...

But this isnt uncommon, i mean when people get scared things tend to seem longer then they are.

Its just somthing thats in the mind, much like when you jump off a big cliff into water, even though the falling takes seconds, it feels like minutes.

I honestly dont think i was abducted, although i still have no explaination on what happend or what the thing really was.

I'd say you saw a Raccoon or the like rearing up, and you just imagined the laughter of the drunken tens get closer.

can you give any more information as to what it looked like eg, fur, scales, how fast was it, did it seem intelligent?

oh yea is it possible your fear interupted your interpretation? and it was dark it could have been anything. could it have possibly been a joke, you said there were people laughing.

Right now I feel your mind was playing tricks on you. You started on the path scared; amplified everything because of fear. This reminds me of a night terror where your body will literally paralize itself because of fear. I don't feel anything paranormal here; but most definitely a fright. Sorry that happened to you.

Racoons dont stand on 2 feet and dont have arms that are closer to their ankles......

It was dark... So the colour was greyish...

Although it could be anything, i dont really have any feeling like anything like this will be happening again....
And yea, since i did have the feeling that i shouldnt have gone that way it may have alter'd what it really was into me thinking something...

I'd class it as a "Little People" encounter. (I'd also class encounters with supposed space aliens the same way.) Humans everywhere have reported them throughout history and probably longer. Nobody knows what they are or how they seem to come and go from our world, but I do know this: be nice and polite to them, but get the helll away from them and stay away. Whether they're all in my mind or not, I would not mess with them if you paid me.

No need to panic, but if you see one again, just leave and don't go back looking for the damned thing. That's my advice.

We must learn to respect each others differences.

Just because a child looks different boorite we should not automatically judge them.
Someone's physical attributes should not dictate to you how the person should be treated.
Why not approach the person and ask them whats up? wanna chat? wanna have a drink? lets be friends.

funny thing guys..... im going to feel quite stupid after telling you this... walking through the forest again i saw the thing in the same spot... turns out it was a weird shaped stump upside down with a long on its side in such a way when the wind was blowing enough it would move.... when i walked up too it it was a stump and it moved...

i laughed pretty hard after that.... Thats a funny story to tell

You obviously haven't seen many racoons in action in your life. They often stand on their hind legs. to forage and hold their prize find out of your garbage and to look at the big meany coming to spoil their fun. Also if their arms were hanging low it could apear that their hands were about their ankles. My grandma had one that lived in the roof of her covered porch, it would hiss at visitors. I see that you found out what your scare was though,

Perhaps you did experience something paranormal... the laughing aspect of it. I couldn't find any reasonable explaination for that. But after that, your senses were heightened due to fear and you linked the moving stump shadow to something terrifiying. It makes perfect sense.

I would have to go with the 'Little Person' or fey explanation as well. To be more specific a hobgoblin. Not to be mistaken with the D&D fantasy hobgoblin. Real ones are harmless unless protecting something then they are mischievious but still not harmful. As far as the racoon answer, the people who said that probably have never seen a racoon before. Thier front legs are really short. They can stand on two legs quite well but they sure cannot walk like that.
