Alright people... here is my opinion, my perspective, take it only in that way... think for yourself... draw your own conclusions...

Enough with trying to debunk 911 - which is now a conspiracy. Conspiracies are events that have such diluted, contorted, conflicting facts that no agreeable judgment or ratification can be concluded because our system of proof relies on factual basis. Everyone is searching and comparing facts, running in circles of he said she said. Facts can't successfully prove truth, truth is actually felt. Can we prove Jesus or other religious icons are real? Can we prove there are souls or spirits? Can we actually prove gravity (we really can't, even though you think we can)? (For religious people, this might go against your beliefs and inner agreement system... but that's ok, theres a time...) - So with all of that said, the only point I will draw is if there is one item that is not correct in the whole 911 situation, then the entire event is extremely questionable. A building that never suffered an impact or severe structural impact nicely (and almost planned) compacts to the ground... how does that happen? Theres your one thread of disbelief... the rest is history.

As for proving religious topics... Have you met jesus? Have you talked to horus. Forget about religion. For those of us that can think outside the box, religion is already debunked and has been for a long time. Sorry fellow religious people, please do not take this as any sort of personal attack. Don't try to contest my opinion, as it is only a misuse of your energy and won't have the effect you desire. :-/

Zeitgeist's point was to show the profit driven world we live in. We are acting on a "separated" mentality and not acting as a species. We are a part of nature. We are an organism (not going into depth). We need to act as one and for the benefit of one. Yes, these philosophies are Utopian, and to those who haven't been "awakened" believe this concept is very unattainable. However, all I can say is it's a matter of time. Go on with your beliefs and inner agreement systems, but life will unfold, things will happen, events will occur, and life will as nature does, change.

I write this only with the intent that maybe one person questions them self. I hope to reach one person. As long as I've done that, this was complete success of my time.

For the record, I live in a mountain and donate my time and energy towards helping humanity in this pivotal time we are entering. Learn to survive, get back to the basics... One day you might need it. My love goes out to everyone. If you let any of my message effect you negatively, my love and sorrow reaches out to you.

Peace. :-)

"once the evidence is weighed, there are very high odds that the figure known as Jesus, did not even exist." - Zeitgeist

The movie never says flat out that Jesus didn't exist. They leave that for you to decide, for you to weigh the evidence.

Having grown up without religion in my life I have always questioned the presence of a divine creator. Why do people need this creator so much? Is it so impossible to believe we are a product of chance? But easy to believe an omnipotent creator appeared from nothing yet has always existed? I don't have the answers, but I seek them. I seek them in discussions with others who share different or similar ideas. I seek them in myself, life experiences, research, everywhere I get a chance.

I think we are too young and ignorant to truly know anything about a creator.

I think Zeitgeist does a good job of prying open the third eye. Even if everything in it does not ring true. It's important to always remember... think for yourself and question authority.

Here's my favorite quotes from the movie Dogma.... the 13th Apostle 'Rufus' of course:

"humanity took a good idea and, like always, built a belief structure on it. I think it's better to have ideas. You can change an idea. Changing a belief is trickier. Life should malleable and progressive; working from idea to idea permits that. Beliefs anchor you to certain points and limit growth; new ideas can't generate. Life becomes stagnant."

What part of my claim dont you understand? They didnt check their facts, they are guilty of terrible and lazy research at best, I am showing you that they are with their own reference list, I have always been ready to accept what the evidence shows, you have no idea what my notions of religion were and are so stop assuming.

lets take your Kirishna, ok? since you supplied us with a list of similarities. I assume its ok for me to copy and paste too. I chose the following site as a reference because it lays it out in a list form much like the list you provided us:

My friend you also have a preconceived notion and a dogma that you wont let go of in the face of facts.

I, along with most people, appreciate your nagging impatience for those who push lies onto others. However, what is your main issue with this movie?

I mean, okay everyone is entitle to their opinions, whether any of this is factual or not is beside the point. It's irrelivent to your original position - i.e. you never established why it matters. Its seems to me that your true "beef" is that someone was trying to debunk the most common and widely accepted religion on earth - Christianity. I feel i am correct on this because you only referenced this portion of the film, with great detail. This is called a debate.

If someone wants to "dump lies on people" then so be it. You cannot stop them nor should you want to. Everyone is entitled to what they believe, this is called Personal Freedom, a process that involves a concsious effort to accept the information presented to them, whehter it be factual or not.

Christianity is a great example of this.

So again, what is your main point? If this is all BS or innaccurate or downright deceiptful, let it be. Anyone who sees this movie, much like yourself, will form their own opinion. Most people use simple logic upon which they base their decisions. Such logic renders your post useless as it seems to be more of a complaint than anything of importance.

sorry, just my 2

(BTW, great research!)

You may believe what you want, but my point is that much of the information presented in this movie is either a misconception or completely untrue. If you had done some more research you would have known this. I do agree that the Zodiac is very old , much older than the bible or any contemporary belief systems. Yes it is true that the signs in the stars and the story of jesus have much in common, but this does not prove anything. Similarities do not prove anything. We simply do not know all the answers. Parts of the bible may have been exaggerated but this does not make it completely untrue. I have found that believing in your heart is more wise than believing in your religious organization. And my main point was discussing the historical accuracy of the things other than the zodiac and "astrotheology." (Since I am not an expert in that subject and neither is my father). But I would look to the parts where it compared Jesus to other religious figures...many of those claims were untrue.

I am gonna go so far as to say this, find me the writings that the bible CITES since all you seem to hold that against ziegiest. If ziegiest is all lies because they don't prove it what about the bible?

Basically, you're defending Zeitgeist by attacking the Bible.

What a weak argument.
