Full Version: No proof?

The whole time I've been here, there have been many arguments going both ways. For and againt God. But just saying things doesnt prove anything!!! The only way to prove something is to have evidence. The belief that God doesn't exist has much evidence. So why do soo many people fight for "gods" behalf?

I am making this thread for people who believe in God to post evidence. And of course explain and make an interesting argument. If there is no evidence. Either there is none or you all just hate me (hopefully not the last one grin2.gif ). Hopefully this thread will help alot of people come to their own conculsions because that is the only way. You just can't force them onto people of course.

What if the only proof is internal to myself, and only corroborated by the internal proof of others?

What if the proof is all around us, but you refuse to acknowledge it?

First off, starting a thread with a title that leads one to assume foul language is a bad idea. Secondly, to issue a challenge after doing so is also evidence that would lead one to conclude you wish to have a flame war here. There is nothing we as believers can do to prove God to you, you know this. However, we each have our own individual evidence. Even though our own individual evidence is not enough, still you have created this thread. Is it so necessary that you would crush the beliefs of others that you would stoop to such a level to do so? I don't think it's worth it. Your mind is obviously made up. How can you make a thread saying in one part "There is no evidence" and then asking for what you already believe not to be there? It would incite attacks and insults.

I have edited the topic title, to remove the implication of foul language, which is against forum rules

I am also closing this thread as there are plenty of threads covering this exact topic

Going forward please respect the forum rules which you agreed to when joining UM.
