No, only on conspiracy forums does this subject come up on a very regular bases with a topic heading very similar, in fact almost identical to the last subject a month or two ago..Hint hint...
I am assuming that someone posted stuff of valued importance already and this antiquated method of re directing public attention by placing a moon landing or 911 topic is still being used to shunt down the interesting topics. It is easy to tell the work of forum agents. Not so inventive, easy to catch out and never really stopping the truth from being known.
Thankfully readers are not really sheeple as people suggest huh?
Also, the last and this coming full moon 30 July are probably considered very significant in occult circles. One reason is the link to the date 07/07/07 which is more deeply significant than the number 666.

It's a good point..one which has been brought up before in the context of a single Moon hoax thread. It's also certainly not exclusive to UM. It is used on various web pages devoted to the topic of the faked Apollo landings, and appears in the irrational arguments of many HBs.
It bears repeating so as to illustrate the lack of rationality exhibited.
In one breath, the contention is posed that we faked the whole thing.
In another, they're talking about a UFO /Alien conspiracy wherein Armstrong and Aldrin saw aliens, artifacts, ships, etc... on the Moon.
One logically has to wonder, which one is it? Obviously they are two unassociated topics, both equally ludicrous, but for different threads. Including them in a hoax thread rather points to the inefficacy of the associated arguments, I should think...
As we have many threads on both these subjects (and in the case of the Moon Hoax theory a very active thread currently running), I really do not see the point in a thread which exists just to poke fun at other threads
