Noah's Ark Zoo Farm, in North Somerset in the UK, is a park which claims to educate youngsters using National Curriculum based ideas. It is supposedly a fun day out for the family, but it pushes hard line creationism which isn't part of the curriculum at all. This is nothing more than an attempt by creationists to confuse young minds with bogus science, undermine the religious education of children by an Anglican who contradicts the position of the Church of England on evolution, and undermine the authority of qualified science teachers who are presented as being completely wrong, whilst exposing them to the proselytising of a commercial farmer. wacko.gif

Under the heading "What Really Happened?" at the web site, the following is written:

"If, after honest inquiry, you find that you cannot explain such things as made by the world itself, it may then be reasonable to ask whether there exists a Creator.

Here, we suggest that the most important facts to consider are not scientific ones but the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ – the facts that show that he came from God, and came to reveal God."

I believe creationism science is an oxymoron. But it's wonderful that they're invested in conservation locally and globally. And that they provide a safe haven for animals. Lovely! Thanks for posting this. original.gif

The world's greatest natural disaster
Why did it happen?
All land-dwelling animals, including perhaps as many as a billion human beings, perished in the Flood. They were not simply killed; according to the biblical record, they were ‘blotted out’, leaving no trace. It was the biggest natural disaster of all time.

"The biggest natural disaster of all time", "leaving no trace". How convienient wink2.gif

I looked at the website. That is a weird blend of science and religion. I must confess, I am really conflicted by it. mellow.gif Wow. Sorry. I just can't add anything to this thread.
