If you zoom out then back in, a number of areas close by are indicated as nuke test sites, so i would assume that this was some sort of fake airstrip to test out the effects of a near by nuke strike.

looks to be an airbase of some sort, there are several planes that look like airforce jets, there is a firing range with destroyed vehicles and a train that seems to come from nowhere, maybe a training base or practice range maybe?

Edited to add, this is located in the mountains of Nevada

The Tolicha Peak Electronic Combat Range (TPECR) is a substantial, but little known facility of the Nellis Complex. It's located on Pahute Mesa, about 3 miles northeast of Tolicha Peak, and about 2 miles north and slightly west of Quartz Mountain. It is at least 20 miles south of the southerly boundary of the Tonopah Test Range

Nevada, so I bet it's one of those Area 51 extended sites. Military operatives test sites I guess

Area 51 isn't active anymore anyway. Rumor has it they have moved the majority of top secret craft tests to other states. Area51 was getting too much publicity. If you talk to anyone who lives near area51 they will tell you there are almost no sightings there anymore.

It's probably just a untreated nuke test site. You can test secret airplanes anywhere but the best place to test nukes is the barren wastelands of Nevada.
