Hello there,
I'm in desperate need of help because I'm about to smash my computer into pieces. I am a very computer illiterate woman and my computer seems to have a problem downloading stuff. When I go to download something and a screen pops up saying run, save, or cancel I click on save. However when I do that it starts downloading but doesnt get very far, maybe 3 or 5 percent and then it just wont downloading anymore. The same thing happens when I click on run, it does the same thing. Does anyone have any ideas?
