Can any one teach me how to open chakras please

try meditating on them, or excersise see how it works for you...we are triune beings with 7 energy centers called chakras.....the best thing to do is pick up a book on them there are so many ....

Intense meditation. They are not something that can be physically pressured. You must find you center, leave the body then gather your energy into a key so that you may unlock the next barrier/level.
