Especially those that are so horrible as this is. If the shoe fits wear it? They are wearing it after they are sentenced to jail. And they have judges for a reason, they are usually picked to be judges because they know the law quite well...(or at least I think thats how it works). So if these judges have judged the criminal and sentenced them, then the criminal should be able to live it out. If they fail to do so because they are murdered by other prisoners or guards then that is showing to me that the prison system is failing. Anyway you sound like you think its a good thing if they get murdered in jail.. is that what you think? Like do you think that because these judges failed(in your minds..) then others are doing a better service at imposing what should be the law? Only a sociopath would stick their kid in the microwave for the reason mentioned, either that or someone with half a brain...which is unlikely to be the case. The lady who did this shouldn't get the death penalty - she should be sent to prison and spend the remainder of her life in solitary confinement as punishment. With being all alone, she'll have nothing to do but reflect over why she's there and being stuck with your own thoughts, especially her type of thoughts, would drive anyone to madness I would think. nosaM Posted September 16, 2008 #79 Share Posted September 16, 2008 No it was extremely painful hideous grueling slow death and not quick for that poor Baby at all… As she really had to have stuff the Baby into a Micro wave oven, and it unlike foods that rotate would have had the Microwaves focused in directional areas and it did suffer, because the Micro waves would have cook the poor baby from the inside as well exploding its eyes the bladder and any other fluid holding organs… They sould do the same to her and watch her twitch and scream... It doesn't matter who feels there's justice to that consequence and who doesn't because it's beyond anyone's control. Unless of course she is extended special care and protection. Would you see her as deserving of special care and protection? I think she made her bed and she will now have to lay in it. There are consequences for actions and sometimes those consequences occur beyond the law's reach. That's the real world, the world this woman commited such a heinous act in. I think if she is considered either a suicide risk, or a risk to other prisoners(or vice versa) then she is in need(and deserving)of special care and protection. I think she made her bed and she will now have to lay in it. There are consequences for actions and sometimes those consequences occur beyond the law's reach. That's the real world, the world this woman commited such a heinous act in. Sad but true I guess. Like some people say an eye for an eye, and that she should be microwaved because she commited a heinous act. But wanting to microwave another person or wishing them madness and pain is the same thing as what she was kinda doing to her baby and those around her. So its just madness continued imo. A jury found her guilty of aggravated murder and she will face the death penalty when sentenced. Relatives in the Montgomery County courtroom cried and covered their faces with their hands. Arnold's daughter was pronounced dead on August 30 2005 at the Children's Medical Centre in Dayton, Ohio. Her cellmate told the court that Arnold confessed to putting the baby in the microwave and turned it on because she was worried her boyfriend Terrell Talley would leave her if he found out the child was not his. The baby's DNA was found inside the microwave in the apartment she shared with Talley and her four children. Jurors will return to the court on Tuesday to decide whether to recommend a death sentence. I think either the kid did it which makes a lot more sense because a kid is not going to understand what that would do. Or I think she was plastered out of her mind came in the kitchen to put the bottle int he microwave and put the baby in by mistake. I can't imagine a sane person snapping and doing this. I know it sounds crazy but usually when people do this kind of thing you can see that they did it in some way. I guess I need to see more details but this is why I don't believe in the death penalty. There are some weak minded women who will do anything to keep a man even kill there own young, Do you remember that women in SC who killed her two son's cause her boyfriend didn't want any kid's....I wont pretend to understand what make's a person think like this, But the sad fact is it happen's alot and these's women end up either on death row or spending the rest of their live's in prison...
