lostangel007 Posted August 1, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 1, 2009 I hope this is the right forum for this? Somebody sent me this article about the all the strange-going ons (and the bizzare murals) at Denver International Airport...I have been there myself, and I have seen the statue of the horse, and I think it kind of seemed out of place to me, maybe because it was blue...but then I figured Colorado is horse country, so then I did not think too much of it. I did not have the chance to see the murals though while I was there. I could not believe what I was seeing in the photos of them in the article below. Very bizzare stuff... http://vigilantcitizen.com/?p=

Marby Posted August 1, 2009 #3 Share Posted August 1, 2009 (edited) Thanks for sharing this! While I have to say that the murals are pretty ugly and a little bizarre, whoever wrote that article was seriously reaching to attach the most sinister meaning to them that they could. Sure, the themes are a bit dark, but airport artwork, permanent or temporary, doesn't have to be all happy, sappy, and sunshiney. I am not sure if I should credit the author or their drug dealer with managing to incorporate the Christian apocalypse, 2012, NWO, Nazis, and "sinister" Freemasons into the same, convoluted conspiracy. Art, however, is all about personal interpretation, and the themes depicted in this artwork, at the glance I took, seem to want to blur lines between race and religion to give it universal appeal, and tell a story about war and peace. That this is in an airport really shouldn't shock anyone that's traveled enough. I know that for a long time, Miami International Airport was exhibiting artwork centered on the Holocaust. I am admittedly a bit rushed right now and cannot spend a load of time examining the runway picture, but if it is shaped like a swatztika, one has to really work hard to see it. The horse is not the prettiest thing in the world, but suggestions that it is a "pale horse" or a demonic horse play on the assumption that every bit of artwork that depicts a horse should be cuddly enough to hang on the wall of a 12 year old girl's room. I don't even think it's entirely necessary to research whether the story about the artist is true, though it would be interesting to verify it. However, I doubt seriously that it's "cursed", as was suggested. Has anyone other than the artist been negatively affected by it? Has it been directly linked to the misfortune of all who come into contact with it? We don't even have anything remotely intriguing to go on here. It's just an assumption that the horse is cursed because it's ugly and the artist died when a piece of it fell on him. Gargoyles in Europe generally serve as either rain gutters or decoration on the old buildings. That Denver is using them on a very modern airport suggests a sense of the tacky and whimsical more than it does anything sinister. The myths and dark suggestions floating around about the Freemasons is delving so deeply into conspiracy theory that it's comical. Freemasons might have wild and crazy orgies in their secret meetings for all I know (though I do seriously doubt it), but they aren't as wicked or powerful as people give them credit for. Anyhow, the airport is certainly a bit bizarre, but the article was really, really reaching and attempting to create something out of nothing. Nibs that is just too cool! I want to take my son there, he'd love it. As for Denver airport, Ive never had time to consider the ugly murals, Ive always been too busy trying not to throttle the girl at the ticket desk for bumping me to a later flight because some idiots sister is *whine* having a *whine* baby and *whine* since her husband cant be there *whine* its only fair that she have some family there. darkmoonlady Posted August 4, 2009 #10 Share Posted August 4, 2009 The best information I've seen on the Denver Airport is here Anomalies Unlimited Denver Airport pages.. Anomalies Unlimited has some great stuff about the uber creepy murals that USED to be there before people found them too odd to enjoy and they were removed. I don't know about conspiracies, but it was and is an odd place (been there myself).

I have been to far too many airports..Compare ours to something like O'Hare which is dark and damp, Theres EVIL for ya! lol I think the murals are beautiful and interesting, take from them what you want. The same for any piece of art. As for the horse, most people in Denver hate it. It is pretty ugly, there is even a anti-horse website.
Nikii MKay Posted August 8, 2009 #12 Share Posted August 8, 2009 The video and conspiracy are trash, but WOW, interesting decorating choices regardless! Apocalypse as a theme is rarely done in a public space, so bravo.
brlesq1 Posted August 9, 2009 #13 Share Posted August 9, 2009 He missed the death of Socialism (red rose) in his analysis. I like DIA, too. Stapleton was atrocious, as anybody who ever flew out of there (like me) can tell you. Though I'll admit DIA's circus big-top tent look took a little getting used to. As for the art, you can put whatever spin on it you like, whatever floats your boat. It's subjective. That's why it's art. The only good thing about O'Hare is that it's connected to the O'Hare Hilton. Very convenient when you're flight's been canceled and it's nearly midnight. Beats sleeping on those god-awful airport seats. And if you've just got a several hour layover, head on over to the Gaslight Club. Great food, drinks, atmosphere. And sometimes the bartenders are cute, too.
Regency Posted August 9, 2009 #14 Share Posted August 9, 2009 That is well wierd and dark. What I find intreresting about it is that it such controversial designs never be allowed here in England, anything that might even slightly be offensive to anyone wouldn't be allowed. We've got a plane suspended on the ceiling at our airport - that's as exciting as it gets.
Blink4567 Posted August 9, 2009 #15 Share Posted August 9, 2009 Ive been to the denver Airport, It just sucks that when I was there there was only one place to smoke and to smoke there i had to buy a 3 dollar bottle of water! BLAHH!

Jomon Posted October 9, 2009 #22 Share Posted October 9, 2009 pretty much bogus crap. Debunked! Ahhh, debunked? Have you actually studied DIA? The murals alone could fill a PHD study. Then there is ALL the other stuff like, oh, like why was it built at huge, huge expense when not needed, why the unused space, underground areas etc etc etc? My take on the mystery of the MIKE HIGH CITY is that is being tooled up as a Government/Military/Financial Elite base for any post major civil disturbance or earth change/natural disaster scenario. The whole 2012(ish) thing dovetails nicely into it. For what it's worth I suspect that the chances of very large rock or rocks from space slamming into our blue planet are very high. Apart from the plethora of ancient accounts from all over the world of cycles of destruction & rebirth affecting the earth there is also the fact that we are also significantly "overdue" for an impact incident/incidents with potential for massive levels of destruction and death. Do some Googling about the projected damage of earth impacts by relatively small bodies hitting us a a gazillion mph/kph. It really doesn't tkae much to mess things up! Quite mind blowing. As the majority of impacts are likely to hit water (75% of the earth or somesuch) triggering Tsunamies Kilometers high, somewhere like Denver seems logical for TPTB to gather. The symbolism surrounding DIA hints very strongly that Denver is being "branded" as a "members only" area! "New World Airport Corporation" inscribed on the OFFICIAL PLAQUE!? An organization that DOES NOT EXIST! On the official plaque? Debunk that.
