Is this the one that limits the worlds average temperature rise to 2oC above what they are now? (remind anyone of king canute?) Well that shouldn't be a problem with the worst global winter in 30 years.

And before you say "its climate change, that means both warm and cold!!" well how come it "naturally" occured 30 years ago and now it takes mans help. Just imagine how bad it would be without the CO2 in the atmosphere to keep europe warm

We would have an average global temperature of -15C, that's how bad it would be.

No one is saying that the natural cycles don't happen and that they aren't occuring now, it is simply that human activity is pushing the climate beyond these natural thresholds.

It didn't and no one is saying it did, this is a straw man argument.

And making international policy for a season just gone is ridiculous.
