16 posts in this topic

Paul Dale Roberts: CSM James Norton has been told to keep his mouth shut, the NSA (National Security Agency) wants to talk to him and he has been detained and now released. Norton said "I was at Ft.Benning at the range where everything happened in 1977 today. I was detained by Military Police.I was told that the post commander wanted to talk to me. My vehicle was searched and my cell was taken from me, I was escorted off post. I was followed off post and the two vehicles were behind me all the way back home.I was told by one of people that the NSA would love to talk to me. I was told that I better keep my mouth closed or something might happen to me!"

I think there is a hell of a lot of US counter-Intelligence on this website. You can recognize them by their use of the ridicule factor, which points them out pretty darned rapidly.

The advise is to not use this site until everything is sealed, covered and founded. Don't give them the information here until the information is too wide-spread to do anything about it.

BTW: 9-11 was an inside job.

I was somewhat joking regeneratia. Relax a bit will you?

You have to admit that your post just screamed of paranoia. Why would you make such a claim as that? Do you honestly believe that "US counter-Intelligence" is making a play here?

And this mention about being on ignore, does that mean that you think I'm part of the conspiracy?

CSM James Norton is not in the Active Duty Army - not in the Army Reserve, and at best is a retiree. I checked his name on .mil e-mail address databases, and he doesn't exist in any flavor of active military status.

This means that he may be either a retiree, a National Guardsman, or a civilian that has never served.

In any of those three situations, he is NOT authorized to be in the area of Fort Benning where there are live-fire ranges in use. How do I know? Because I was stationed on Benning for a time when I was in the Army and I visited there to show my wife and kids around just a year ago... and was "caught" by the MP's and told to turn around as they escorted me back to "civilized" areas. It doesn't matter the situation, unless he is SUPPOSED to be there, he was wrong.

Sorry - this is an easy conspiracy to debunk.

The problem then becomes how do we know that you, travelling man, are not lying.

At least there is a Name to this story. There is no name whatsoever to the debunking above, unless of course, his mother really did name him travelling man.

So, in essence, here we get to pick which story we want to believe, IF we want to believe it.

I don't believe this story. If this guy had hard evidence, why did he not come forward with evidence and first make such a big deal about it to the press. If you have evidence of something, you come forward with the evidence.

I found our illustrious Sergeant Major.

He was in the Active Army from 1975 to 1978, then went into the Alabama National Guard. He was forced into retirement in 2005 when he hit 30 years of service. He WAS a civilian at Ft. McLellan, Alabama, where he had worked for the past 21 years (since 1990), retiring when he hit 55. Now he just visits there... a LOT.

He was never a "Command" Sergeant Major - he was just a "Sergeant Major," because of his outspoken views on aliens and such... he wasn't trusted to have what is needed to be in a leadership role.

I just spent a week in Alabama with my family, and visited a friend that works at McLellan. According to this full time Alabama Guardsman (who actually holds the rank of Command Sergeant Major), Norton is a "loon" who is using his double-retirement-income to facilitate his full-time retirement status so he can stop in and visit every unit on base, repeatedly... every day. There is a concerted effort to get him banned from the base. The guy is retired, but continues to wear his Army uniform daily, and can't accept the fact that he is no longer a Guardsman. He demands that all lower enlisted folks refer to him by title, but refuses to salute officers, stating that he's "a retiree and don't have to." He's attempted to place numerous junior enlisted people on report for various "crimes," but the commands ignore his written statements.

With all of this info, I am left to draw the conclusion that this guy is a first rate tool and needs to be ignored. Personally, I wouldn't believe him if he were to tell me that my shoes were on fire until after I started to smell burning flesh.

This, of course means that regeneratia believes him totally.

Yet again, a nameless opinion, with no real substantial reports. I am not saying I believe this fella, the one in the article.

I am sure you don't mind if I refrain from conclusions until I see some real convincing either way.

So ignore him. I am not going to.

Let's be real, morality is not really the mainstay of members of the military. We all know that.

Sorry, but only YOU seem to know that. Please keep ad homonym attacks against entire classes of people, and sweeping generalizations to yourself.

Besides, your claims are based upon an anonymous user, and are therefore suspect.

If you want to wait for verification of his claims, why would you support him in the meantime? The average person that is waiting on clarification won't put their hat in the ring for or against the claims made.

Or is this usual CT stuff - where shaky claims with no verification that support your beliefs are immediately accepted as gospel truth, while cited and referenced data (in cases other than this) that disproves your beliefs is either ignored or is held suspect? The e-mail database that I have access to is only accessible through computers on the .gov and .mil system, although if my CSM friend agrees, I could supply his contact info. Somehow, I doubt that even that would help.

Civility and intellectual ability aren't really the mainstay of members of the civilian world. We all know that. (see what sweeping generalizations do?)

About as I figured.

Be careful of what you say and when you say it

Such claims ar irrelevant in this current age, unless you press your claim with evidence.

But what will happen when you press your evidence?

You think you can create change?

You cannot.

By all means go ahead,

but you'll be swept away from the flood of it.

Waitfor the cycles weakest point, and apply as a multi-headed weapon,

instead of a lone pea shot.

unless you want to go ahead and try now.
