RON PAUL Winning the Battle For Delegates!

482 posts in this topic

I'm selling my business (restaurant / bar / casino) this year and moving way out in the boonies in a camo bunker. Then trading all my cash in to gold and silver.

Odie :gun:

Then you must have been horrified at 0bama's 2008 campaign. Not only did people show up to his events by the thousands. There were several comments regarding his divinty. Like when Biden said 0bama thought the Easter holiday was made for him. One guy even made a statue of 0bama and walked him up and down the street riding on the back of a donkey, like Jesus coming into Jerusalam. And the media LOVED it. Kids sang songs at school declaring 0bama the savior, not only of America, but of the world. Opra (and MANY celebraties) all but bowed down before him to worship. Most of the media (accept fox for obvious reasons) 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, worshiped at the 0bama altar. Crushing any dissent. Labling anyone who dare question anything about him as racist.

If Ron Paul saying a obvious truth like "When the people are ready, the leader will appear", really worries you, you must have lost sleep for months in 08.

"When the people are ready, the leader will appear" .... Ron Paul 2012 ~

Ron Paul never said that quote I posted earlier. I simply added his political slogan [Ron Paul 2012 ~] to the end of somebody else quote... who that somebody is I have no ****ing clue! haha

If the people here at UM are representative of all his supporters then it would appear that even if RP asks them to vote republican they will refuse to do so out of spite. Ensuring king Oby another 4 to finish the job. That makes me a tad angry but since I have no control over any of it except my own vote, I'll sit and watch as the train wreck happens. And I hope the Paul bots are riding up front :w00t:

Spite has nothing to do with why I couldnt even stomach the thought of voting republican. Voting for any other then Paul, and you are voting for the slaughter of God knows how many more innocents. Its also a vote for continued spending, and more freedom stripping legislation. I cant think of a single positive outcome. Not one. How anyone could vote for the establishment on either side of this coin is beyond me. What is sad is you think there is a difference between Romney and 0bama. There isnt.

Ron Paul wins St. Paul county do-over caucus

Sure would be interesting to see the results of a truly transparent caucus and primary process across the board.

Crickets. Unsurprising. The man finally wins fair and square and suddenly no one cares.

How about this, the latest example of the GOP's blatant attempt to block Ron Paul from getting delegates?

What do we make of that? This is Arizona this time.

Humm... Appears that the GOP is simply organizing and putting out a list that they recommend people vote for. Didn't Ron Paul do the same thing, but first?

What makes you think that the greater majority of the caucus and primary process was not transparent? A handful of incidents?

The GOP can recommend anyone they want, and it's clear they have, but they have a responsibility to fairly listen to it's own members, not actively attempt to block them from having a voice.

Yes. Where there is smoke, there is fire. You call it a handful of incidents, I call it an alarming trend of fraud and attempts to manipulate the vote. Only a "handful" have been reported, and you can only find them on youtube or elsewhere on the internet because the MSM is turning a blind eye. If we're talking "handfuls", we should use that word to describe the very few reporters who have been brave enough to actually talk about this. The GOP is telling people at caucuses that they are not allowed to video tape or record the caucus, which is in violation of Roberts Rules of Order. Only a few people have defied this and actually have snuck in recording devices. I would imagine that there are several more incidents that have gone unrecorded and unreported.

A corrupt GOP and a media in cahoots with it is a very formidable foe to challenge. Fortunately, thanks to the still as-of-yet free internet, we can learn of these incidents, educate ourselves about them, and be better prepared to confront the obvious corruption.

This starting to trend into the Conspiricy Theory area of the boards. Out of thousands of individual local votes, we have... what... less then a dozen? Many of those voting places were well documented, and many had serious Ron Paul voters there. Yet we are to believe they've kept quiet, even after others reported inconsistancies? That is a little too much to believe.

A corrupt GOP and a media in cahoots with it is a very formidable foe to challenge.

Wow! That is the first I've really seen ANYONE actually come out and say that the Media (ALL of them?) and the Republicans are in a secret Cabal. You'd think the 50% to 75% of the Media that is backing Obama would run any story that put any of the Republicans in a bad light.

How do you know that those doing the voting, or even those nominated are actually GOP? It was my understanding that just about anyone could show up and vote or be put on the nomination lists. Lots of RP supporters in the Caucus states were Democrat spoilers who favor Ron Paul and Independants. In states were they have closed primaries RP has a lot less support.

So, the GOP should listen to their memebers. Those who voted in the straw polls should be the number 1 people being represented, and thus I do think that planning stratagies to actually make those voters be represented fairly and directly is in the GOPs interest. Which is actually what these GOP vote spoilers are doing, IMHO.

And except for RP zealots, it's not apparent to anyone else that this has happened.

The great man seems poised to have only the Newt to contend with for second place from now on.

I hope that he clobbers Newt and can hold his head high at the convention when Romney gets the nod on the first vote. I also hope that his supporters are as gracious as he has been lately.

If he supports Romney and they don't then I think they are a bunch of whiners who will give the election to Obama. In this election more so than any since 2000 I think every vote actually will count. If 8 or 10 percent sit it out or write in RP then Oby gets another four to screw the country some more. And we cannot afford another four of unbridled Oby OR gridlock...

Its not apparent to you cause you just dont care. I mean seriously what more do you need then them directly telling you they are trying to block him out??? Ron Paul isnt going to support Romney, and neither is his supporters. Why on earth would they?? Romney represents in full EVERYTHING wrong with this system. How is Ron Paul or his supporters going to support a man who supports continued unconstitutional war, and wants to expand that to other countries? How could Ron Paul or his supporters support a man who has no problem with the federal reserve, or who supports every single peice of freedom stripping legislation that comes down the pike? Romney's top political donor is Goldman. So is 0bamas. They are the same exact person. There isnt a single thing that Ron Paul or his supporters agree with Romney about anything. Not one single thing. What is there to support about him?

You telling me if I dont support Romney then Im a whiner, is the same as telling me every single political belief I hold should take a back seat to support a party that has done everthing it can to destroy this country and everything its suppose to stand for.

You saying we cant afford another 4 years of 0bama, and that we need Romney is simply amazing. There isnt a single difference between them. Thier strings are pulled by the same exact people. The fact that you are still blind to this two headed one party system is pathetic.

Have you been living under a rock the last few months? Can you seriously say with a striaght face that the media has treated Ron Paul with anywhere near the same fairness that they have with the other 3 GOP clowns?

Insane, isn't it? And if you point out the obvious, you're labeled as a zealout, conspiracy theorist, or lunatic. At this point, its silly to even argue that the coverage isn't fair. It's as obvious as the nose on our faces and insisting it's not happening is simply being willfully ignorant.

But you can't scream and yell at people to try to get them to see what you see is completely obvious. It doesn't work. All you can really do is politely request that they look into it for themselves and hope they eventually see it. Because once they do, it "clicks", and they'll not be able to "unsee" it.

Why would the Mainstream Media be so willing to pass up these apparently important, and ratings-grabbing, stories? Particularly if they're so biased in favour of Oby and the Dems, as is often made out? Are they that much under the thumb of the Sinister elements within the GOP who are rigging it?
