I lay my head to escape, All the thought that winds me up, Just breathe to escape, Not from what I am but from what holds me back, Still thinking. I have to let go, I tell myself this, As I try to continue breathing, Will the feeling sink in? ... Pop back to a lovely smell, And birds outside my window, I pop back into thought, Where had I just gone? You have let go, Congratulations, Now get up, I'll see you again later.
