Well, they plan to do DNA tests to see if it is Lisa's bones as apparently she had children. It was quite common in the old days for widows to sometimes enter a convent,especially if they had a daughter or other relative in one.,or they gave donations to the csisters. I guess with all the interest in Da Vinci, they decided to go after the Mona Lisa.
