Justice Secretary Ken Clarke's department is looking at inviting companies to set up offices in prisons, where inmates would man the phones. It means people ringing their bank or a large store could end up having their calls answered by an offender. The aim is to try to get prisoners used to the world of work. http://www.dailymail...al-accents.html typical ken clarke the man is an idiot .no one can seriously cant think it would be a good idea to give prisoners access to all the personal information that working in a call center entails.the prisoners would just use this information to arrange more crime a lot of them would love to know who the wealthy people are in an area for instance and then get there mates to target them.ken clarke shouldnt be allowed out the house unsupervised let alone running our justice system.
