Dozens of Dead Birds Fall From the Sky in NJ

Recommended Posts

Residents in a Cumberland County community were left wondering Tuesday morning what caused dozens of birds to drop dead from the sky.

Residents along Peach Drive in Millville found at least 80 birds -- mostly red-winged blackbirds -- on the ground dead having fallen from trees and the sky.

"Crazy -- something out of a movie," said resident Michelle Cavalieri who saw the birds fall from the sky.

The birds caused a bloody mess on roadways in the residential neighborhood.

Officials say birds found by Millville residents were killed on purpose & legally :(

Killing all of those birds would just increase the amount of insects in the area, no? I guess the next step would be to throw down even more pesticides. Makes you think about the effects all that has on the people who eat those crops. Poor birds.

When birds poop-in-a-group, it's inevitable that some of it lands on brethren wings.

want to know what is causing all the animal deaths? When the deep water horizon caused oil to pollute the Gulf of Mexico, they decided to use an ancient bacteria that flourishes on oil, yet they think it mutated and is now killing any life it comes in contact with! here's the links!

If someone caused the deaths and does know why, you can bet your life the truth will not come out.

Didn't something like this happen awhile ago?

Yeah me and Simbi mentioned it on the first page. They blamed it on fireworks last time and now this time it's pestacides. Kind strange isn't it?
