I'm sure that Cleopatra saw in negotiating that as the Sun set, the Isis star Sirius was rising in Thebes now called Luxor and by Greek style day marker on 31st December 0046BC, and Thebes is an auspicious location! I basically made notations in all my books,and I have to say,once in a blue moon,I recall a spell I did when I was like 20,,that worked really well,and I've all but forgotten .

So ,I book of shadows is a good idea .As I've lost stuff over the years .

I do have books full of all kinds of notations and sigils and things not usually in public domain .

I have tons of spells and rituals for karmic retribution . Lots for love and money ,but love ans money never worked for me.

Karma stuff I am sure,but we know how love magick is so ...

They've worked great for other people though .

Ganesh Chathuri was quite lovely yesterday . I went early ,so it was much less crowded than last year .

The priests were a bit weirded out by my plushie Ganesh ,but hey,I like plushies .

I want a plushie Kali Ma too,but she's expensive .

I had him blessed ,and I gave him flowers and a coconut .

He loves coconut . So you bring one,and there's a special place to break them in his honour .

Food was delicious as always .Spicy !

They give you fruits and blessed flowers take home .

I gave the fruits to my bunnies . Flowers are in a huge bowl on my kitchen table .

I went to Chinatown afterwards,got some mooncakes and Vietnamese food. All in all,a good day .

My bank account got riped off, I got the money back, but it was sure a pain to get everything changed and fixed. Really man, you can't be to careful.

There is something to be learned from Crowley, but you have to take it for what it is. He had some pretty nutty ideas. It is like everything glean the good and toss the shaft for pigs to lay on. I think Crowley came up with "Do as you will," then Doreen Valiente added "Harm none," part. (Darn you Doreen, such a kill joy. LOL)
