Still Waters Posted November 19, 2012 #1 Share Posted November 19, 2012 Imagine walking between buildings at work and spotting a large alligator trying to clear a chain-link fence That's what happened to one Manatee County employee this week. Chris Hughes had just begun his shift at Manatee County's wastewater treatment facility when he saw a gator trying to make its way to some woods by going over a 6-foot-high fence topped by barbed wire. "She started climbing, and I already the phone out and snapped three pictures," Hughes said. http://www.baynews9....html?hpt=us_bn8

Bendy Demon Posted November 20, 2012 #4 Share Posted November 20, 2012 Goodness! I didn't know alligators could climb like that. What else can they do that we don't know about? Kind of scary in a way that even a fence like that can't necessarily contain them.

Yeah, soon they evolve thumbs, start building weapons, then they become self-aware and we are doomed. It's Skynet all over again, I tell ya.
