The Bloody Truth About Serbia's Vampire

8 posts in this topic

Garlic sales are up. Wooden crosses are a hot commodity. That can only mean one thing: Vampire on the loose!

But this isn't part of a movie script or book. It's a real-life event in the Serbian town of Zarozje, where last month the local council issued a public health warning that the resident vampire, Sava Savanovic, may be on the prowl.

Then again, how frightened should you be of a vampire who, as the story goes, can turn into a butterfly? To find out, we spoke with Mark Collins Jenkins, the author of Vampire Forensics, and forensic archeologist and anthropologist Matteo Borrini.

All these people who are mocking this story have probably never stepped foot in Serbia in their entire lives never mind the town of Zarozje.

If they should visit Zarozje and spend a few weeks there they may end up mocking no more...

And Zarozje is not the only place where a vampire has been on the prowl. In the 1970s Highgate Cemetery in north London had a vampire which prowled around it at night, which was witnessed by many passers-by who often saw the terrifying creature looking at them through the railings.

How can we believe the story if there is no evidence of any real attack witnessed by any other person.cannot believe the governments these days because they always lie about everything.

If someone truly believes that something is real... does that not make it real for them ?
