They have rats, cats and monkeys roaming around some of them. The guards are usually only paid to make sure the prisoners don't escape, they don't care so much what goes on inside and usually never enter. But yeah, hopefully the cat is fine. The cat doesn't seem to be struggling, but I'm sure tape was involved somewhere along the way to attach everything to it.
