8 posts in this topic

Canada's Hôtel de Glace, the unique ice hotel, is back this season for its 13th annual reconstruction. The magical castle-like lodge is built each year with a new themed design out of hundred of thousands of tons of ice and snow.

I heard penguins give this place 9 out of 10. Fascinating.

Last year, they gave it 10/10 after they drank the bar dry and the whole building collapsed.

The temp inside is between -3 and -5 C...BURRRRR

Very cool cold!

Nice place to visit, but a place for a wedding or sleeping? Sounds awfully cold to me.

Silly little penguins...gotta love them! They need to get Morgan Freeman to narrate that whole story.

I would go there (as long as the toilet seats are not made out of ice)
