Strange UFO's Show Up in Portage, IN

Interesting nocturnal UFO footage. It becomes bright and then dark (in and out), occasional blinking to one side. The guy is saying it's shooting something out.

It gets interesting toward after the 1:43 mark. You see a stationairy light to the right and an irregular blinking light to the lower left. I'll take a desktop photo and post it when I get time.
