9 posts in this topic

Scientists at the Pentagon are looking to use a special tattoo to track the vital signs of US soldiers.

In its ongoing quest to measure every aspect of U. S. troops’ physiology, the Pentagon’s esoteric research enclave wants to develop a durable, unobtrusive device that can track the body’s physical response to stress.

Referring to the Tuskegee experiment? Because those weren't soldiers...making even worse....

The syphilis experiments in Guatemala were United States-led human experiments conducted in Guatemala from 1946 to 1948, during the administration of President Truman and President Juan José Arévalo with the cooperation of some Guatemalan health ministries and officials.[1] Doctors infected soldiers, prostitutes, prisoners and mental patients with syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases, without the informed consent of the subjects, and treated most subjects with antibiotics. This resulted in at least 83 deaths.[2] In October 2010, the U.S. formally apologized to Guatemala for conducting these experiments.

All those who want to use others as guinea pigs should test the stuff on themselves and their families first. Inhumane and cruel and immoral to use others willing or unwilling in such a way. Who knows what the governments are testing on the unwitting public.

wow these soldiers are test subjects.not only that since it's a electronic device that measures well almost everything about them i could only imagine the radiation and health risk in the device.not only i would hate being tracked down by anybody especially the government no matter from any nation.

DARPA would never put our men and women at risk with faulty equipment. Just look at the F-22 Raptor oxygen system...wait, bad example.

All kidding aside, this is a bit too Orwellian for my liking. So..do they take those things off of you when you're no longer active duty? What happens when they just wanna find someone who maybe legally has a right not to be found?

The plot from Commando. That's what.
