Does anyone know any myths/legends about Mars

Hi guys, I'm new on this forum and it looks amazing, all the stories I can see here, they're very interesting!

I was wondering if any of you know any good myths or legends about the planet Mars ?

There probably won't be alot, maybe there won't be any, since no human has ever been to that planet, but I wanted to ask anyway, you never know right ?

I apologize as that link appears to just be a summary of a book they are trying to sell. I will dig around some more and see if I cant find a better site

Yeah, but I think I'm explaining myself wrong, I don't know if you know the so called "face of Mars", that's a myth if I remember correctly, right ?

I'm searching for things like that or myths that say that an ancient civilization is living underground or something, you know ?

I think a lot of the UFOs and Aliens reported in the mid 1900s were called Martians. Because many still somehow believed that there were people on Mars.

Offcourse, we won't know it for sure until they send humans up there, but at this moment, I'm hoping that there is intelligent life on Mars, maybe under the surface or something, it would be awesome
