demons and astral projection

ive tried astral projection before and now it happens uncontrollably. when it does and i "wake up" in my room, theres a dark man (i think hes a man) always there. he never says anything but he scares me. once in that state i was noted as talking in an inhuman voice in a language never heard of and it scared the people to death! i tried fighting him once and he jumped on top of me and held me down i felt as if someone was sitting on my chest in this paralyzed state. I was told by my ex he once thought i died because i stopped breathing and my heart slowed and was asleep. i thought i was standing in front of him screaming to wake me up. he of course couldnt hear me and i woke up frantic. who is this man or could it be a demon trying to take me over? i practitioner of wiccae asked me once if i had summoned something dark because there was an entity attatched to me. could that be it?
