Yeah, I think the boyfriend is cleared on this one dude.  He didn't even have a car at the time.  Had to be driven to the gas station.  Yes it came out later that he was controlling and was into drugs. . .but from the articles on the new suspect, looks like he had nothing to do with it.  Hope her family apologizes to him, especially since they took custody of their kid from him.

So far, Bluhm is charged with accessory after the fact but I'd say that's the least of possible charges. I think authorities will likely plea bargain in exchange for more info such as location of the body, more info./evidence against Willis, but I'm not ready to buy Bluhm's story that he'd observed Heeringa only after she was already dead because his involvement at and beyond that point just wouldn't make much- or enough- sense to me.

Considering how events unfolded in the attempted abduction of the 16 year-old, I think the motive of the shooting death of Rebekah Bletsch is clear, evident.

The trial (available on YouTube) took place late October into early Nov..

But still proven,  the boy friend left their child that night his girl friend disappeared, and where he went. Are there any testimonies of where he went? Was her body ever found?

You're very welcome. Btw, I've since learned that the trial has been live-streamed on woodtv.com.

Also, be careful as to whether it's the preliminary hearing (from 2017) or the trial that's accessed since both have been uploaded to YouTube. :tu:

No, but the abduction was witnessed and info from that testimony and together with other evidence points specifically and solely to Willis.

^ To clarify, no, Jessica's body hasn't been recovered.

Her boyfriend at the time- who is also the father of her only child, a son- has testified that he was home that night, which to my knowledge, is undisputed.
