Dan Brown hangs upside down to help him write

21 posts in this topic

The bestselling author of The Da Vinci Code has revealed that he hangs upside down to help him write.

Dan Brown told the Sunday Times about his unusual technique of seeking inspiration by strapping himself into a piece of gym equipment that can be turned upside down.

Mr Brown, 48, said when he struggles with writer's block, he suspends himself upside down in his New Hampshire home.

Can we just settle for hanging him upside down, so that we don't need to be bothered by any more of his absurd books?

So, I take it this isn't the spot for the Dan Brown Fan club....LOL

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks he is over rated.

Dan Brown uses Teeter Hangups to clear his writers block. It's not just for back pain anymore. :w00t:

Wow didn't know this site was so anti Dan Brown... I for one like his books and writing style, they might be a bit, or a lot, out there at times but if you look at them as fiction with hints of reality they're actually quite good in my opinion.

I guess he needs all his blood in his head before he can write.

Hanging upside down eh?

Well, he's certainly not inspired by reading a large amount of well written, well plotted suspenseful novels, I could put money on that.
