The ability to do this has probably been around for awhile now but it hasn't happened before now. I think a lot of pilots are beginning to wonder about job security....

I wonder if this is the USA's ``dreadnought moment''.

Previously, in order to challenge the USA militarily, a country would need to build a large fleet of aircraft carriers and train a crack team of pilots.

Now it seems it is getting closer and closer to the point where a country just needs the economic output to produce weapons and the programming skill to write fighting routines for those weapons.

They still need pilots, it is just that their ar$e is not sitting on the plane.
