Glorfindel Posted July 17, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 17, 2013 http://csglobe.com/top-10-evil-human-experiments/ I can think of a few more that should be on that list, and I've heard many rumors from people from all walks of life of similar things still taking place in medical facilities, particularly those dealing with mental illness. Thoughts?

Lava_Lady Posted July 17, 2013 #5 Share Posted July 17, 2013 Horrific... truly. There are 4 pages with the links listed at the end of each page (lower left) as well as a link to General Shiro Ishii's war crimes that he never went to jail for: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unit_731 page 1: http://csglobe.com/top-10-evil-human-experiments/ page 2: http://csglobe.com/top-10-evil-human-experiments/2/ page 3: http://csglobe.com/top-10-evil-human-experiments/3/ page 4: http://csglobe.com/top-10-evil-human-experiments/4/
Glorfindel Posted July 17, 2013 Author #6 Share Posted July 17, 2013 (edited) One I noticed that didn't make the list, from good old Canada. http://www.mcgilldai...-ultraviolence/ From the article "Cameron’s experiments, known as MK-ULTRA subproject 68, were partially funded by the CIA and the Canadian government, and are widely known for their use of LSD, barbiturates, and amphetamines on patients. In the media, they were known as the “mind control” studies done at McGill and were reported as a brainwashing conspiracy from the CIA and the Canadian government. For journalists, the story was a goldmine. LSD use in a CIA experiment was an angle no sensationalist media could reject, especially in the anti-drug frenzy of the 1960s. However, these studies were much more complex than a Timothy Leary scare in la belle ville. At its worst, the prolonged periods of sensory deprivation and induced sleep used in the experiments left many patients in a child-like mental state, even years after the experiments were finalized. Even today, remnants of Cameron’s experiments at the Allan Memorial appear in torture methods at places like Guantanamo Bay." Glorfindel Posted July 17, 2013 Author #8 Share Posted July 17, 2013 And it still happens to this day regularly. Microchips small enough to inject through syringe and new technologies like transcranial magnetic stimulation are making it even easier for these sick physicians to get away with it.
spartan max2 Posted July 17, 2013 #9 Share Posted July 17, 2013 Scientist will cross almost any bound for research. You will find examples of this throughout all of history, even in todays time. Its the whole "The end justifies the means" mentality. It is really sad how far many scientist will go I use to have a site saved in my favorites that have tons of examples but I lost it somewhere along the line or I would share it. It is the experiments that we don't know about that I am afraid off. On a side note this story is also a good example of why I think solitary confinement should count as torture.

I don't like the idea of "scientists" in general being willing to cross any boundary, but its obvious a good deal of them will. Many scientists adhere to moral relativity, and basically anything goes at that point. Im not sure about solitary confinement, in many prisons its far worse to be in general population. Glorfindel Posted July 31, 2013 Author #12 Share Posted July 31, 2013 Just stumbled upon this article http://www.activistpost.com/2013/07/secret-darpa-mind-control-project.html Apparently Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (like I already mentioned) could be used widely to influence the morals and thoughts of unsuspecting citizens.
spartan max2 Posted July 31, 2013 #13 Share Posted July 31, 2013 that's disturbing, This is not the first time I have heard sketchy things from DARPA http://www.occupycorporatism.com/darpa-continues-human-experiments-to-create-military-super-soldiers/ This article is about DARPA trying to genetically make super solders, the sketchy part of this is that they are trying to get rid of their empathy and make them more robot like.
