Still Waters Posted July 20, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 20, 2013 This has to be the greenest river in the world... but not the kind of green that would make environmentalists in other cities quiver with envy. The Jingang River in Fuzhou, capital of southeast China's Fujian Province, has become completely choked by a tide of water hyacinth.
