Infrared photo close up of the Franklin County Jail Museum in Benton, IL. captured a likeness of 1920′s gangster Charlie Birger who was responsible for many deaths. Birger was hanged at this jail in 1928 for the murder of Joe Adams. You can watch the video below to hear the voice of Charlie Birger asking “do you want me to stand by the screen?”.
