Rodent fur 'in Mexican Heinz ketchup'

Still Waters

Recommended Posts

Brazilian health officials have banned a batch of Mexico-made Heinz ketchup, after detecting traces of rodent fur.

The government said in a statement that it had banned all sales, distribution and marketing of the batch.

The Mexican authorities have launched their own inquiry, and have ordered an inspection of the factory where the batch was produced.

Only if it's been smuggled in.

I wish you hadn't told me of this, SW. :(

I second this ^^

I suddenly feel sick..

Uh oh.......sorry :innocent:

I just hope it doesn't end up on the shelves at Tesco supermarket. I like Heinz Tomato Ketchup, preferably without the fur bits. :unsure2:
