Big Bad Voodoo Posted August 23, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 23, 2013 (edited) In what extend animals are self awared? Donald Griffin spole about animal selfawareness and emotions. http://en.wikipedia....l_consciousness http://en.wikipedia..../Donald_Griffin What do you think? I think they are telepathic. Telepathic petsCats who know exactly when they are going to be taken to the vets. Dogs who sense their owners' whereabouts - even if they are miles away. And birds who seem to mourn the deaths of those around them... our pets and other animals have always been intuitive - but do they really have a mysterious sixth sense? brlesq1 Posted August 25, 2013 #4 Share Posted August 25, 2013 I have a Great Dane and she is definitely self-aware. She knows how big she is, and exactly how much of her weight she can use to lean on you without knocking you over.
