Haha, yes ... it is pretty hilarious how dumb Schiff is. Acting like he's on to something while he isn't even up to speed with the Feds' goals.

The economy, the Fed, and Bernie Madoff

and he's got it wrong on all three. LOL

If we take a test in school and get 5% of the answers right and 95% of them wrong, I don't know how hilarious or dumb it is to actually defend that performance and cite rhetorical goals in response to criticism of that performance. The Fed failed to deliver on its original mandate, and redefining CPIs and GDPs and mandates in the classical "mission creep" fashion is no excuse for such failure.

The fed's goals?? What exactly are those? To bury us under so much debt that we all get crushed under it?

The fact that he mentions that the feds goal is to keep inflation zero and that they wont admit they want higher inflation.

While one of the most important and well known goals of the Fed is raising inflation. THey have a 2% goal. It's very public knowledge.

I stopped listening there, no point in following Schiff's lil ego boosting tirades.

Ppl like him feast on making ppl think they are onto something, they have exclusive knowledge about something. And then they twist and use it against something. While everything is public knowlegde and there is no need to bend and twist, it is what it is.

And wha'ts the most annoying is that ppl like Schiff act like they are doing humanity a favor by letting them in on to the "secret". But there is no secret, and the only goal of Schiff is to bloat his own ego. Now he's literally even found a stage to do it. What an ass.

The Fed keeps saying that over and over again and it's a lie every time they say it. Inflating the money supply is inflation, and yet the Fed keeps repeating itself ad nauseum that there is no inflation, hence it's doing a good job.

Do you realize that they bureaucratically recalculate the number in order to achieve that good job status? 2% goals are fantasy and so is 2% inflation. Interesting you're talking about public knowledge and "twist" when the Fed is who came out with Operation Twist.

There's no secret here, there's a giant chasm of ignorance and most people have absolutely no idea what the Fed is, what it does, why it does it, and what the consequences of its actions really are. I count you as one of those people in that you don't know what the consequences of Fed inflation is.

Well okay then, if you say so. I guess we should all just take your word for it eh. :tu:

They are repeating that were are dangerously close to deflation, but these last months have been better. But we're still not out of the woods yet.

The Fed is pretty open about it and so is the economy, if you would only read the data and comprehend it.

Im sorry you don't understand these things. Maybe you should stop trying to start discussions about things you obviously have no clue about. Because you only get upset when confronted with sane arguments and discussions.
