That came from Supreme Commander Fizzbiggle of the Intergalactic Federation Police himself and he's aboard the Fleet Flagship - sometimes referred to as the mothership - that's station keeping in the astroid belt along with the rest of the fleet. We who Know Things about Stuff all are aware of this and lots & lots of other things.

I know of these "things and stuff" you are referring to. However, you know as well as I, that we are not to speak of such things and stuff to the sheeple. You know this is supposed to stay at our secret NWO meets... shhhh or I'm telling Barrack Bush.
