Still Waters Posted September 8, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 8, 2013 The unusual lobster arrived at the Maine State Aquarium in West Boothbay Harbor on Thursday from Massachusetts, according to Aquarium Manager Aimee Hayden-Roderiques. Lola was donated to the aquarium by the crew of the fishing vessel Rachel Leah. Capt. Peter Brown and lobsterman Richard Figueiredo caught the lobster off the coast of Hyannis. Hayden-Roderiques said five of the lobster's claws are arranged in a starfish pattern on one side with the normal claw on the other side. http://www.wmtw.com/...q1/-/index.html
Lava_Lady Posted September 8, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 8, 2013 That's so cool but kind of sad for the little guy. But, obviously he/she's managed to survive well enough thus far with one claw.
