It takes me way too long to fall asleep during the day, so actually sleeping during a nap doesn't ever happen. But I find even just closing my eyes and relaxing (similar to meditation) for even 5 minutes always perks me back up mid afternoon.

On most days, I take a two-hour nap. I'm 37 years old. And I'm not ashamed of that one bit.

I'm a worrier and instead of turning to intoxicants to keep my mind of things, I just take a nap. And after waking up from a nap, I feel less stressed out and more prepared.

Naps are awesome!
