ObamaCare HUGE Class Action Lawsuit

27 posts in this topic

This Sebelius Fiasco could trigger a HUGE Class Action Lawsuit. Kathleen Sebelius has become a political liability.

Obama will be forced to Drop Kick ObamaCare 1 Year. Expect it to happen November 15, 2013.

Penalize / Tax / Steal $$$ from the American people because they did NOT buy ObamaCare insurance on a DEAD website?

The backroom connection between the insurance companies and the federal government is a disaster!

Canadian Firm CGI Group / CGI Federal dropped the ball and has embarrassed the Obama Administration.

-----------

Flamboyant attorneys could appear on the scene early next year to explain / argue the obvious.

The American people were penalized for something out of their control. - Dead Website - $95 Fine ?

A HUGE Class Action Lawsuit would further embarrass the Obama Administration - during an election year - !

Obama will reluctantly drop kick ObamaCare for 1 year in order to have a small glimmer of hope of doing well

on election day in November 2014.

-----------

If Obama fails to fire Kathleen Sebelius for incompetence then the dems will do poorly during the 2014 Election year.

There simply isn't enough time to fix the ObamaCare website.

They have until November 15, 2013 to achieve the impossible. To make matters worse, there is a dangerous disclaimer on the website.

- We can take your information and throw it around all over the place without your consent. Have a nice day! -

Eric Bolling revealed that wonderful news on The Five last night. Read the fine print.

Is this the civil suite you posted about in another one of the many anti-obama threads you posted Mr.OCD?

My bad I thought you were bringing up the $5k medical bill incident.

Ken, if you look up, will you see the sky falling?.......and then try to blame Obama? You have a hyper-hatred of the President and his Administration, Democrats, Socialists, and anyone even remotely Liberal.

You are a broken record.....it must be sad to have your mindset. All I see from your posts is fear and hatred.....one sound bite after another....

Gets old......

Isn't it odd that Robert Gibbs said someone should get fired? I wonder why?

Now is a bad time to ignore the nightmare roll out of ObamaCare.

The suit will be filed if Obama doesn't drop kick ObamaCare for 1 year.

So!!!! That someone should get fired gets said thousands of times daily. Doesn't mean it will happen. :passifier:

Obama will lose the Class Action Lawsuit - during an Election Year - and he will lose the November 2014 Election if he

chooses not to Drop Kick ObamaCare 1 Year.

And Obama doesn't care about losing the 2014 election - as he's not running.

He can sit in his little office for the next 2 years doing nothing and still come out of it smelling like roses, be lauded by all and sundry and be paid a handsome pay packet. What's he personally lost? Nothing.

If nothing happens because the No Party ends up controlling both senate and congress Obama's supporters will blame the Republicans.

I thought it was December 15th?

NYT: Will Obamacare work by Dec. 15?!

http://www.conservat...volume-problem/

Not that I actually think they will even get close to the 48 million mark. Projections are that there are 500 thousand people signed up now, in about 3 weeks. With 8 weeks to go. You would expect a surge at the start and then the numbers to taper off, but if they are to reach even 30 million they are going to have kick into high gear and get 4 million signed up each week. And that is not including people who probably are already insured who might be switching. Looks grim to me. But, let's wait another two weeks and see how horrendous the numbers are then.

Oh, but Obama wants to retain control of the U.S. Senate and regain control of the House.

That way he can restart his transformation of America.

Now is a bad time for Obama to have an " I don't care attitude over at the White House."

I found this pretty interesting, where did the money go, indeed???

http://www.newsmax.c...10/21/id/532292

3 Major Contractors have been identified to work on the ObamaCare website and data hub.

- CGI Federal : Canadian Firm

- QSSI : Quality Software Services Inc. : It's a Maryland based company

- Booz Allen Hamilton : I think Edward Snowden worked for that company

$394 Million spent on ObamaCare so far.......

The administration is now in a scramble to fix the problems that have prevented many from signing up for health insurance online. President Obama on Monday directed the public to apply over the phone or by mail -- but at the same time, the White House did not rule out delaying the health law's 2014 requirement on individuals to buy insurance.

The New York Times, detailing the scope of the repair project, reported that while contractors have identified most the problems with the site, the administration is slow to issue orders. The Times quoted one specialist as saying 5 million lines of code may have to be rewritten.

The Washington Post reported Monday that a test of the website's capability to handle heavy traffic went wrong just days before the planned launch, when the site crashed after just a few hundred people tried to log on simultaneously.

The Post also reported that a group of 10 insurers invited to give advice and test the website urged federal officials not to do a nationwide launch due to the number of issues with the site. At late as a week before the launch date, the paper reported, no one had thought to test whether or not a user could complete the process of signing up for a health insurance plan through the site.

Please tell me this isn't a government operation?

I did read that. I've known programmers and basically I think they don't know what needs to be done. It often times is just a few lines, or the whole thing...

It could take one day, or a hundred.

Didn't anyone in government think to TEST the site before putting it up active?

They are probably fishing for "hits". I was watching a show a while ago, and they had an Administration guy on, can't remember who exactly, maybe Treasury, and the question was asked how many had signed up? They knew how many hits the sites had, but not how many had signed up. Because, to put the best spin, you need the highest numbers. So quoting how many visitors a site had will be a lot higher then those who actually used it.

Well, looks like they knew they would have problems and put it up anyway

A Freedom of Information Act request has been filed. The GOP wants to know the REAL number of people who have actually signed up

successfully for ObamaCare. The White House knows the number. They are just embarrassed that it is so small.

I suspect many Americans have had this experience that was recorded by CNN. It ain't good.

Oh yes, Kathleen Sebelius will just get moved down the hall to another corner office with a view of the Potomac River.

Another choice would be to follow the Lois Lerner retirement path.
