CyberKen Posted October 26, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 26, 2013 Democrat Memo has surfaced: It's a Blockbuster! "Make no mistake: Senator Ted Cruz is leading the Republican Party. Candidates want to be him. Incumbents are afraid of him. The Republican Party is energized." Gromdor Posted October 26, 2013 #2 Share Posted October 26, 2013 Rep. Steve King is about the only like minded office holding republican in Iowa. Gov. Branstad, Sen. Grassley, and the like are more establishment type republicans. The article you posted pretty much shows how they view Sen. Cruz. There does seem to be a big tug-of-war for control over the Republican party now. I see a lot of political shots being taken at by republicans at each other, even here in Iowa.
lightly Posted October 27, 2013 #3 Share Posted October 27, 2013 the GOP passes their megaphone around... I see his emergence as Cruz being put on display to test his viability as a 2016 Presidential candidate?
supervike Posted October 27, 2013 #4 Share Posted October 27, 2013 If we want to almost guarantee that a Democrat will hold the office in 2016, by all means, get Ted Cruz to run.
preacherman76 Posted October 28, 2013 #5 Share Posted October 28, 2013 If we dont get a guy like Paul or Cruz in, then it doesnt matter whether or not a Dem or republican wins. The establishment has one set of goals. It doesnt matter which side of their coin they use to accomplish them.

The saying going around Washington is : Beware of the Cruz-missile ! 12 Democrat Senators are now demanding a delay in ObamaCare. They don't believe that 5 million lines of code can be rewritten in 1 month. Fox News mocked them by calling the 12 Democrat U.S. Senators - Terrorists, Suicide Bombers and hostage takers for trying to delay ObamaCare which is the Law of the Land. The D's are flipping. The ObamaCare website is a debacle. Just for fun try viewing the source code on healthcare.gov. - Amateur Hour -
