Tsunami Bouys around the world deactivated

Why have tsunami buoys around the entire world been turned off as shown in this screenshot from the National Data Bouy Center and as asked by those paying attention to these things in this forum? According to ‘the watchers’, this has never happened before. Is this just some kind of ‘glitch’ with our government reporting centers or is there more to it? The video below from David Vose warns that now is the time to ‘escape’ from New York, Florida, Louisiana and California. Why?

The National Data Bouy Center site www.ndbc.noaa.gov does not seem to be working at the moment. Just a glitch? Hopefully and probably.

Possibly under water, but OK. I can't really leave my coastal city because I kind of have to go to work. Bummer eh? (lol). If there is a tsunami I hope it occurs at night since I live on a hill.

www.ndbc.noaa.gov looks to be back up, experiencing network issues, but looks like the buoys are working. I'm calling false alarm on this one.
