herenow Posted December 7, 2013 #1 Share Posted December 7, 2013 In a very special place in a forest I believe is 'haunted', I found these 2 trees, no roots, suspended in mid air.
SHaYap Posted December 7, 2013 #2 Share Posted December 7, 2013 possibly they are branches that broke off from a tree but still held up by the twines ? I've seen it in the Malaysian jungles ... ~
Rafterman Posted December 7, 2013 #3 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Here, I'll admit that I've found your posts about Native American villages and such interesting in the past, but come on.
libstaK Posted December 7, 2013 #4 Share Posted December 7, 2013 I feel like I'm at pre-school story time, sorry the Candy House from Hansel and Gretel would have looked more convincing.
herenow Posted December 7, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Here, I'll admit that I've found your posts about Native American villages and such interesting in the past, but come on. They're suspended by vines. It took the right combination of events to make that happen.

Emin Posted December 7, 2013 #7 Share Posted December 7, 2013 (edited) The logical conclusion is that a person put them branched up in there. Edited December 7, 2013 by Emin

Crabby Kitten Posted December 7, 2013 #9 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Some could've been broken tree tops, held up by all those criss-crossing other branches???
darkmoonlady Posted December 7, 2013 #10 Share Posted December 7, 2013 Some trees grow in between other trees and get branches intertwined. Different trees grow at different rates an literally yank the nearby tree up by their roots which die and break off leaving a tree suspended just like that. No mystery just a rare but not unheard of thing.
Skep B Posted December 8, 2013 #11 Share Posted December 8, 2013 I don't think he thinks these trees are floating by magic. I think he means that he believes the area to be haunted and these trees are weird too. Ok, I hope, thats what's happening
toast Posted December 8, 2013 #12 Share Posted December 8, 2013 Are forest damages caused by storm a mistery meanwhile? Curious.

beelzebufo Posted December 9, 2013 #15 Share Posted December 9, 2013 I've seen stuff like this around where I live. I don't think it's anything at all unusual. Also, I know what you mean now after reading through the thread, but your original post makes it sound like you were trying to say that the trees were just levitating in the air.

ColoradoParanormal Posted December 9, 2013 #18 Share Posted December 9, 2013 Please tell me I don't have to be the one to explain what this OP is speaking of.. All that is happening is a HORRIBLE optical illusion. One the OP, having been there, would know is fake! It is simply leaves around the base of trees lol.... These things are about a foot or two off the ground, suspended by some kind of thick vine. Not common here in Massachusetts.

herenow Posted December 10, 2013 Author #25 Share Posted December 10, 2013 (edited) So the trees have nothing to do with the haunted land its on? I believe the trees are a result or a symptom of the strange vibe of this area. Edited December 10, 2013 by herenow
