Yes I am very sure he has AquaPhobia and a mental disorder(s). No sane person enjoys eating rotten meat, going near fecal matter. It is against natural instinct.

Obviously mentally unstable and sorry, but that is just pure laziness, there is no excuse for living like that......unless you are ------ mentally unstable.

Also keep in mind that he smokes poo. This can be done in many different fashions but with an end result of getting high. Normally, it isn't directly smoked (from what I understand, but what the hell do I know about getting high on crap) but instead fermented & huffed. Needless to say, this probably exacerbates whatever multitude of mental illnesses he has.
