Ghost Believed to Haunt Penn State Library

In November of 1969, the body of 22-year-old Penn State student Betsy Aardsma was discovered in the university's Pattee Library, after she was stabbed by an unseen perpetrator. Today that murder remains unsolved, and some believe that Betsy's spirit still walks the library's book stacks.

Yep it's a story that keeps getting perpetuated. Aside from the paranormal tales, it is a mystery that remains, as the murder is still unsolved to this day.

The Paranormal Research Society, a group of Penn State, made an investigation of the library that was featured in the A&E series Paranormal State. They didn't came up with anything substantial if I recall.
